|Everyone knows how good skin feels after a visit to a |
salon, but did you know you can get the same results right
from your kitchen? Here are some effective, easy recipes
that give great results:
1. Mix 1/4 cup oatmeal and three tablespoons plain yogurt
in a bowl. Massage the mixture gently into clean dry skin
and let sit for 10-15 minutes. Rinse with cool water.
2. For oily skin, mash a ripe tomato with a tablespoon of
lemon juice. Massage into the skin and leave it on for ten
minutes. Rinse with cool water.
3. Place five or six cucumber slices, three tablespoons
honey, and an egg in the blender. Apply mixture to the face
and leave it on for 15 minutes. (Store any extra in the
refrigerator.) This is a great mask for all skin types, and
can be used whenever complexion is looking tired or dull.
