Mix Easy, Effective Toners in Your Kitchen

Selecting a facial toner doesn't have to be confusing or
expensive. Different brands claim to do everything from

actually economical and can be made right in your kitchen.
Here are some good bets:

* Witch hazel is inexpensive and wonderful for skin. It can
be purchased just about anywhere. Use it straight from the
bottle, or mix it with favorite ingredients such as rose
water or cucumber.

skin. The tannins and natural fruit acids in red wine are
good for oily or combination skin.

* Mineral water is a low-cost toner for all skin types. Pour
some into a mister. Keep it cold in the refrigerator and
enjoy the all-natural spray after cleansing. For extra
benefits, add a teaspoon of lemon juice.
