Making smoothies is easy and they are good for you! You can use any flavors you like to create your own delicious drink.
1 container of yogurt, any flavor
1 cup of milk (8 oz)
frozen fruit, any kind you like
Pour milk into blender. Add enough frozen fruit to be visible at the top of the milk level. Add yogurt.
Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses, add a straw and drink!
