Prune Muffins

1/4 cup Shortening
1/4 cup Sugar; granulated
1/4 cup Brown sugar
1 ea. Egg
2 cup Flour
1/2 tsp. Salt
4 tsp. Baking powder
1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
1 cup Milk
3/4 cup Prunes; cooked, well drained; chopped
Mix and bake at 425 degrees F. for approximately 25 minutes.
