15 Beat the Heat Ideas for Outdoor Fun - FamilyCorner.com

During the winter, many people expect to be stuck inside for long stretches of time because it’s too cold outside. In the summer we can run into the same problem because it’s just too hot! Luckily, there are many fun and creative ways you can beat the heat and have fun outdoors. You can make your own sprinkler by recycling a plastic drink bottle, construct a water-filled play mat using plastic sheeting and duct tape, or make a pinata out of water balloons. You are sure to find something your family will enjoy in this “cool” collection.
