Scarecrow Sugar Cookies

These scarecrows are a little nutty – they’re cut from an acorn cookie cutter. Whip up a batch of these sugar cookies to keep the kids busy after Thanksgiving dinner while the adults enjoy a few minutes to relax.
What You Need
1 roll of refrigerated sugar cookie dough or your favorite homemade sugar cookie recipe 1 large acorn cookie cutter powdered sugar icing – recipe below brown, orange and yellow paste food coloring candy for decorating including candy corn, shredded coconut, mini chocolate chips, gummi worms ..etc.
