Chewy Cranberry Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

The scent of oatmeal raisin cookies wafting through the house is a sure sign that fall is on its way! Greet your kids after school with a plate of warm cookies and a big glass of milk. This will surely put smiles on their faces.
What You Need
1/4 C. sour milk (1/4 C milk + 3/4 tsp vinegar) 1 C. shortening 1 C. sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp. baking soda 3/4 C. raisins 3/4 C. dried cranberries, chopped into small pieces 2 C. flour 2 1/2 C. rolled oats
