Interview with Dorie Greenspan

February 12th, 2013 posted by Amanda Formaro

Dorie Greenspan with husband Michael and son Joshua

Dorie Greenspan has had the pleasure and privilege of working with many well known chefs, including the infamous Julia Child, even co-authoring a cookbook with her. She has written nine of her own successful cookbooks, including Baking From My Home to Yours , which spawned a sizable following of food bloggers who bake and compare her recipes each week. Her culinary creations and love of French pastries shines through in her books and her award winning blog. However, contrary to what you might think, Dorie Greenspan wasn’t born with a wooden spoon in her hand. In fact, she didn’t even start cooking until she was newly married!
