What you do
Paint the inside of the pot with blue paint. Allow paint to dry.
Place the tiles on one end of the towel and fold the other end over the tiles. Hit the tiles with a hammer to break them into small pieces. (Note: Do not break tiles uncovered without wearing safety glasses to protect your eyes.) Determine the placement of the tile pieces on the pot and glue in place, leaving space between the pieces for grout. Let the glue dry.
Mix grout with water to a medium consistency in a plastic bowl. (Note: If you have to leave the project for a few minutes, cover the bowl with a lid to prevent the grout from drying out). Use a knife to spread the grout over the surface of the project, filling all the cracks between the pieces. Wipe off the excess grout with a sponge or rag, then clean the surface with a damp rag. Let the grout dry.
