What you do
Paint wood plaque with cream paint and allow to dry. Two coats may be needed. Hammer the metal hanger to the back of the wood plaque. Paint the wooden rocker yellow and set aside to dry. Paint hearts with country red and set aside to dry. Thin the tan paint a little and paint a border around the plaque.
Glue the hearts to the upper left and upper right corners of the plaque as shown in the photo. Glue the rocker, upside down, toward the top, centered on the plaque as shown in the photo. Using the black marker draw a few stitch marks on the hearts and write the words "Sugar & Spice" on the rocker. Thread the green button holes with raffia and tie into bows. Glue the buttons to the round ends of the rocker.
Using the material scraps, make 5 little "dresses" by folding material into triangles and gluing to the plaque, spaced evenly apart. Glue furniture plugs on as heads. Use small flowers, tiny buttons, and ribbons tied into bows as decoration for the girls' necks.
Use the black marker to dot on eyes. Wet the tip of a Q-tip, dab off excess water on paper towel. Apply blusher to the Q-tip and gently dab to the cheeks of the girls.
