Patti, send some of those fried green tomatoes my way!

I heard of this idea and thought, "Humm...I wonder what that would taste like?" So, I made it and it was absolutely wonderful!

Oh okay well at least that is two of us lol. These toms came from my friend Susie's plants she planted but I have about 5 to pick from a plant at the end of my porch that came up on its on. I stand there and eat toms now and then plus throw bad toms or seeds there so hoping more plants come up next year and earlier

Patti, since my DH was transferred to another state, he hasn't had a garden so I REALLY miss the green tomatoes.

DH and I enjoy fried green tomatoes in the summer every now and again (really like the movie, too ) The spaghetti sammies sound rather interesting, also. I would think the spaghetti should not be too saucy or else the bread would get kinda soggy. For dinner tonight, I am planning on a chicken / stuffing dish baked in the oven. Will have cranberries with it, and peas.
