Easy Cheese veggie soup tonight Soup 2 1 lb. pkgs of frozen chopped broccoli (or cauliflower or spinach or hash brown potatoes) 2 lb. pkg of Velveeta (I use Aldi’s brand), cut into chunks 2 cans cream soup 2 cans chicken broth Pepper, powdered garlic, or Old Bay’s Add all to slow cooker , mix, put on low for 5 or 6 hours. It is very rich, I personally would cut the cheese but my family loves it like it is

Yesterday we had spaghetti sandwiches. Here is the recipe:
Spaghetti Sandwiches
2 slices of bread (white or whole wheat)
Garlic butter (can buy store bought or can sprinkle garlic powder on softened butter to taste)
Leftover spaghetti (can have meat sauce or meat balls)
Shredded mozzerella cheese
In a sandwich maker or nonstick cooking pan with a lid, spread the garlic butter on the side of bread that will be on the pan. Sprinkle enough cheese to make the bread stick to the other side of bread and spaghetti. Spoon a generous helping of leftover spaghetti in the center of the bread. Sprinkle another amount of cheese on the top to stick to the bread. Place another slice of bread on top with garlic butter spread on the top portion of the bread. Smush in sandwich maker or press down and cover on low to medium heat. Brown on both sides until cheese is melted and spaghetti is warm. Serve with tossed green salad or veggie of choice.
This is great because it is like spaghetti and garlic bread all in one!
