Not feeling real well today. I've been exhausted and have had a sore throat all day. I hope I am not coming down with something. Anyway, I'm making grilled cheese and soup.

I had only minutes to get dinner ready so I made Jasmine rice in the mike, stir fried snow peas, broccoli slaw and sprouts and shrimp in sweet chili sauce. It was so good that I think I will have to make it again!
