Today was the "ceremony". Dd#2 is leagally married, but the wedding is in CA on the 24th. It was a nice small ceremony.
Then we all went out to Olive Garden for dinner (lunch lol) and had a wonderful dinner with the newly weds and friends.
So, tonight we are having leftovers from Olive Garden. Whew, I'm tired!
Made a roast beef in the oven tonight with mashed potatoes, asparagus & a salad. Was tender for a change. Have enough left for another meal.
I did cook it in a roasting pan with the cover partially open. Put pieces of garlic into pockets for flavor.
