Bilby - sounds like a good idea with the tagine - i've seen them before but never sure how i would cook with one lol!

Sammi - greek yogurt is the best , pro biotic and great with oatmeal and honey for breakfast

Dinner tonight is chicken gyros stir fry with peppers and carrots served with cous cous (and of course greek yog will be on the table )

We will have chili stuff since the weather is cooler.All it is one can of chili[I use hormel brand]acan of ranch style beans
can rotel tomatoes[I use mild]
one can small cream
cheese to taste[we like lots of cheese]
serve over corn chips
Its easy to make & as I said great cold weather dish.

We're having baked chicken thighs, mashed potatoes & home made noodles.

Tip.. when making your home made noodles, to make them nice & yellow, add a couple drops yellow food coloring before adding the flour.

Last night we had Speedy Pork Chops, stove-top stuffing, mixed vegetables and corn muffins.

Tonight will be warmed (on the grill) leftover ribeye steak, pierogis, and some kind of veggies .. sliced cukes and tomatoes also.
