That Salisbury Steak recipe does sound good! I ended up not doing steak Sunday as BGF brought over fresh oysters and fried them up for the Broncos game. Yum!! So the steak will be today, but I need to make some kind of tater, or something with cauliflower and/or broccoli, or maybe cabbage. I guess you can tell I have a bunch of veggies to use up.

No worries, Punky. MS Word is weird that way. If you paste into something else, it dumps in all that formatting stuff too. The best bet is to paste it into NOTEPAD first, and then copy it here.

Charlotte, that recipe sound awesome!

Stephanie, the pork dish sounds really good too! I just discovered how great Greek yogurt is! Now I am hooked.

Dinner last night ended up being cheeseburgers and fries instead of leftovers as dh ate a lot of the leftovers for lunch

tonight's dinner will probably be homemade pizza

Bubblemum [I'm doing souvla with potatoes. The souvla is a cypriot dish of pork pieces slow cooked in a casserole dish with fresh lemon juice and mint added at the end. the potatoes are just boiled with their skins on served with greek yogurt. Yum!]
You could do this in a tagine with the cone shaped lid? It does indeed sound yummy

Chicken breasts cooked then topped with bacon and cheese, then melted under the griller (broiler??) with potato salad, tomato and lettuce for dinner tonight

Kathy aka Bilby, how do you make your baked beans and eggs? I am wanting to make that for breakfast or lunch tomorrow. Do you cook your eggs separately?
