We didn't have the chop suey last. Dh was going to go fishing so ate something before he left. They got out to the lake and a boat just coming in said it was starting to get choppy so they came back home.
I ate leftovers from the freezer.
We'll probably have fish fry tonight.

Chicken is so reasonably priced and most everyone likes it, and this recipe feeds 4 easily.

1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix for chicken
3 cups cooked chicken
3 cups frozen mixed veggies-I used asparagus, carrot and beans & red pepper
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk

375degree oven
Prepare stuffing mix and set aside
combine chicken, vegetables in a baking dish. Mix soup & milk, and pour over chicken top with stuffing.

Bake for 35 minutes or until bubbling.

Missibob, that sounds yummy!

Looks like it's just me and Lukie for dinner tonight. We're going to have breakfast. Either French toast or "Mommy Waffles" as he calls my homemade waffles, with fresh melon on the side.
