It is beef stroganoff, over extra-wide egg noodles, here tonite! Didn't make the cheesy-garlic biscuits the other nite, so they are on board tonite!

Had Spaghetti tonite ( we all love it and can eat it all the time) used Angel Hair Pasta since it cooks quicker and we were all hungry. Had Cheddar Cheese Rolls bought at the Fresh Market

Had leftover groundmeat and rice from making the stuffed cabbage rolls the other night so added some pepper, made it into patties and browned them. Stirred one can of mushrooms with two cans beef gravy and poured that over, then finished in oven. Made mashed potatoes and green beans to go with.

It is a sweet, wine-type vinegar. It tastes best, to me, with chicken. I LOVE it.

We're having a gray, rainy, windy day here so I am craving comfort food. I'm going to make a pot roast with homemade french rolls.
