Last night was BLT's with tomatos from the garden and a pasta salad.
Not sure yet what we are having tonight.

The baked potatoes in the crockpot last night turned out absolutely PERFECT. Nice and moist and soft, without that grainy texture you get when you microwave them. What a great way to enjoy them year-round without heating up your oven.

Tonight I'm grilling a little more chicken on the Foreman... we're having chicken and shell pasta with Alfredo sauce and green peas.

Dinner for Wednesday is what ever dh makes. I am tired of cooking every night and coming up with new things to make. So I told dh last night that it was his turn to deside and make what we were having for dinner tonight.

We will see what we get!!!

Hi Everyone

Tonight was an easy night - hotdogs with pasta salad. Then strawberries and apples for dessert.

Charlotte - if I let my hubby make dinner we may get a tuna sandwich. Normally that wouldn't be too bad but he makes his with just tuna from a can on bread. Needless to say, I would prefer to do the cooking. LOL
