I reinvented the leftover beef roast, gravy and veggies into a noodle dish for dinner with watermelon on the side.

Made breaded pork chops, corn on the cob and a salad. Had watermelon for dessert.

Grilled out yesterday. Today we will eat leftovers out of the freezer. We are being over run with leftovers. Could eat out of the freezer all week. And we just might do that.

The sausage dh smoked last night was a real winner. We had the air on so no smoke smell either. Tonight I found a easy slow cookier recipe for potato, broccoli and cheese soup. I post the recipe if it's any good

Made a roasting chicken with brocolli & corn on the cob. Making a pot of homemade vegetable bean soup tonight in the crockpot for tomorrows lunch. Want to see whch way it comes out better.
