Happy 4th of July

Doing baby backs today. Will have potato salad and cole slaw, along with watermelon, cantaloupe, strawberries, and pineapple. May go watch some fireworks later.

We're having Luau Chicken on the grill tonight.

I stopped DD from tossing an almost-empty mustard jar yesterday. She couldn't get any more out to put onto a hot dog, but I knew I could use what was left in a recipe. SO when I made the sauce for today's chicken, I poured the rest of the ingredients into the mustard jar, capped it, shook, and all the mustard was washed off the sides of the jar and mixed into the sauce No waste!
