We ended up going to KFC and using the 4 2 piece meal coupons that we received from the May special when they rain out.

Last night I made somthing I just threw together DH wanted chops so I browned them and then caramelized some onions.
I took leftover white rice about 4 servings of it, combined it with 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 2 packets of onion soup mix and about 3/4 cup milk, put it in a casserole dish, put the chops on top and then the onions n top of those. Baked for about 30 minutes at 350*. It was so good.

» TIP OF THE WEEK
Cooking Tip

"To keep the top crisp and the casserole warm going to a party, place a paper towel over the top of the dish before wrapping it in foil. The condensation from the hot food will be absorbed by the towel instead of forming on the foil and dripping back onto the food."

~ Sueanne
