Tonight I made pork buttons ala sweet black bean sauce with stir fried udon and snow peas. I even made an apple, strawberry, rhubarb crisp.

we ended up with breaded pork chops, rice a roni,cukes and onions, and bushetta

I'm looking for a quick and easy dinner tonight so we're going to grill hamburgers, corn-on-the-cob with a tomato/cucumber salad compliments of our garden.

tonight is is leftovers - we have leftover baked potatoes, meatloaf, steak, veggies, coleslaw etc.

Tonite will be diced chicken (white meat ala Schwans) in crockpot with BBQ sauce (the Budweiser one) and boiled potatoes will have just bit of butter, S & P and sourcream on them and something green hope I have either canned or frozen collards on hand. Yep love my greens
