Sharon, thanks so much for sharing the baked beans recipe. I have been looking for a good one for the crockpot. I will definitely try this one.

Tonight we're having pork stir-fry, using up lo pork tenderloin. I'll serve it with jasmine rice. We'll either have watermelon or cantaloupe with it.

We ended up having Chik-fil-a and playing there last night because I forgot to soak my beans. So, we are having beans and cornbread tonight.

Wednesday night was sausage and pasta dish.

Wednesday was individual cheesy meatloaves, mashed potatoes and creamed corn. It has been cold and rainy!

Will need to come up with something for dinner as we have eaten up the leftovers that last couple of days at lunch.

Froze a third of the soup that I made yesterday and sending the other third with the kids to Grandma's tomorrow for their lunch.

Last night was steak on the grill, mashed potatoes & corn. Tonight, is chicken on the grill, broccoli & rice.
