We're having Hawaiian Chicken, jasmine rice and green beans tonight. An old favorite!

Thought I'd subscribe to this so you ladies could give me ideas, I'm having lack of inspiration for food and the girls aren't any help! LOL!!!!

Summer school starts today. It is my last class that I have to take. Then I have to finish practicum and my thesis. They've changed my advisors 3 times, so I am way behind on my thesis. Anyway, meals are simple. Last night I have flips as that is what DGD wanted. Tonight, I'll probably have mac and cheese with fish.

Tonight's dinner is terriyaki beef, mashed potatoes and broccoli. I usually serve terriyaki beef with rice but ds1 doesn't like rice. Oh well.

Hi, everyone!

So far, this is how my week's meals are shaping up:

SUNDAY: Grilled hamburgers, cottage cheese and sliced watermelon

MONDAY: Beef stroganoff and salad

TUESDAY: Chicken enchiladas

WEDENESDAY: BLTS and chips

We'll see what the rest of the week holds when inspiration hits--lol!
