Had about 1/3 cup of chopped pecans so tossed them when sauteing leek for the clam sauce. Dh loved it. Takes less than 20 minutes to make, about as long as boiling water lol

Had leftover meat loaf from last night but added the beans and vegetable from the soup I made the other day. Tasted like chilli. Had watermelon for dessert.

We had frozen lasagna, brocolli and garlic toast with leftover blueberry cheese cake from Saturday.

Last time I bought minced beef I made half into spaghetti bolonaise sauce and the other half into rissoles/hamburgers and froze.
Tonight we are having those rissoles as a hamburger and will make some chips

Vivian, I have never tried clam sauce but your recipe makes it look very easy! Thanks for posting it.
