What's for Dinner? May 2009

Welcome to the May 2009 edition of "What's for Dinner?" This forum is for posting menu plans and favorite recipes.

This forum is home to the Chef Guy award. You can ONLY get a Chef Guy here--and the only way to win one is to submit your favorite MAIN DISH recipes. If your recipe is chosen, it will be published in the "Time To Eat" newsletter from our sister site, MomsMenu, and you'll have a Chef Guy in your awards showcase!

Of course, we welcome all kinds of recipes here, but only Main Dish recipes can win a Chef Guy

Happy face

We're having veal patties & scalloped potatoes & green beans. For dessert, we'll have the 2 layer pineapple upside down cake from Alicia's Recipe site.

Happy May Day everyone!

We are going to the sports dinner tonight for DD's basketball team (and the other teams from the school.) It is a potluck with assignments. DD's team was assigned to bring hot dogs, buns, butter and bread. Besides the hot dogs there will be pasta dishes.
