Made chicken soup today. Cut up a whole chicken saved the back and ribs for soup. Grilled the legs and other parts on the open electric grill. Had swiss chard too with potato and carrots from the soup. Love homemade soup.

We had friends visit all weekend. They will head home tomorrow. So we ate out on Friday and Saturday night.

Sunday dinner we had Dominco steaks and a salad. It was so nice here we cooked on the grill.

Made itailian sausage, peppers & salad. Boiled the sausage first then put it on the electric open grill. Toasted a couple of pieces of bread on the grill too, for the sausage.Had pears for dessert.
