Thursday night we went out to the Chinese Buffet. It was excellent. I was on the phone with my sister right before we left to go eat. I told her where we were going. Her and her family showed up at the buffet for dinner also. Which was a nice surprise.

Wish I had a cantelope - I would make some cold soup! Maybe I will just have pu pu platter nite (one of our family faves) of cheses, grapes and shrimp. That might be nicer on a warm eve. (and easy!) I dont want to turn on the oven....

I'm making Pizza Roll-Ups from a recipe that Tami posted on her blog.
I don't have any frozen bread dough, so I will just use the pizza dough recipe that I usually use. I also have some homemade pizza sauce, and extra for dipping.
On the side, a green salad, and bell pepper strips (I got green, red and orange).
This time, the theme is going to be autumn/Halloween so your stories need to use smilies to express as many words as possible and your story should be focused on anything that has to do with autumn or Halloween.
