Tonight was BBQ at church with all the fixings.

I love it when I don't have to cook!

Thursday will be my versions of those mini burgers.

Mini Burgers
1 pkg of dinner rolls
1 lb hamburger meat
salt & Pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of A-1 (or your favorite steak sauce)
Cheese and Trim tray (pickles, onions, Etc)

mix hamburger, pat out and use a biscuit cutter to cut out patties. I use a 3 inch biscuit cutter. Grill or Broil till cooked through.

Assemble burgers and serve with favorite sides.

Tonight I had boneless pork cutlets. Bought a ten pound roast and cut it into thick cutlets. Cooked it on the open electric grill closed with garlic and black pepper. It was very tender cooked this way and sliced thin. Also made baked potato and escarole. Had sliced tomato and applesauce on the side. Had strawberries for dessert. Made a bread in the breadmachine added some sesame seeds to the batter to give it a little crunch. Will come in handy tomorrow for lunch.
