Welcome to WHAT'S FOR DINNER, DECEMBER 2008! Can you believe it's already December? I know that this is one of those months where my carefully-made meal plan goes out the window with all the visiting and school activities and ball games that happen during this month.
This forum is the home of the famous Chef Guy award! To be eligible to win this award, simply post your favorite Main Dish recipes here. If your recipe is chosen to be published in the Time to Eat newsletter from our sister site, MomsMenu, you win a Chef Guy award!
Of course, we welcome all kinds of recipes here so if you have a favorite soup, salad, side, sandwich, dessert or baked good, why not share that recipe too? (But remember, only Main Dish recipes can win a Chef Guy).
Please, when you post recipes, make sure the ingredients and directions are complete
Thanks in advance for sharing your recipes and have a wonderful December.

Cut up four pork chops into bite size pieces coated with bread crumbs and browned them in oil with onions peppers & zucchini squash. After it was browned put it in the pressure cooker with a half cup of water under the rack. Cooked it for twenty minutes. Also made a sweet potato in the microwave and a salad.
Was a fast meal and delicious.

How right Barb is December is a busy month at my house. Winter track, cheering for basketball, cheer practice for competition are all in full swing for December.
