Tonight's dinner will be dinner at Chili's because I am celebrating the start of our vacation! (plus it is Friday and I don't feel like cooking! LOL)

Have not been on puter couple days now as mine is on the blink this is Adam's.

Just put boneless pork chops in smaller c-pot with bbq sauce and bit of salsa. Hope they turn out okay. Also will have potatoes not sure how yet and green beans

Watermelon Upside Down Cake?? I have never heard of that one before, will try it the next time we buy one. We all like watermelon.
I am truly running out of ideas for dinner even with the boys helping with the cooking. I saw the recipe winner with the taco roll-ups, and we will try that this weekend. Ds#3 should enjoy making those as he still needs to cook with recipes that are simple.
As for tonight, I have no clue. Ds#1 & Ds#2 have both been in band practice all week, and now are telling me that they are NOT cooking. I told them welcome to my world. We ran through all the left-overs last night. So I gotta dig deep into the freezer--uuugghh. All I know is that we have hamburger meat, so there is the main course.

We are having Salisbury Steak. It's a recipe I found on the internet somewhere and tweaked it just a little

Salisbury Steaks

2 lbs ground beef
1 egg white
1/3 cup onion, diced
1/4 cup dried bread crumbs
2 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Mx all ingredients together and form oval shaped patties. Cook on the grill like burgers or fry in a pan.

I'm making mine on the grill and adding brown gravy of course with mashed potatoes and green beans.

That sounds good, may have to search that one out

I'm still curious about the watermelon upside down cake that was mentioned yesterday.
