We're getting TS Barry today. It's been spitting rain for a couple of hours now and looks like it will be nastier later.
I'm keeping it easy for dinner. Cheese ravioli with marinara sauce. Yesterday I was given a bunch of bread--rye, bagels, and some Italian rolls--after our church event, so we'll use a few rolls to make garlic bread with our dinner.
Had the steak after church and had mashed potatoes with it as that is what dh wanted, also cooked brocolli.Cooked onions in broth instead of any kind of fat for on the steak. ff bottled gravy for taters.
Put the leftover diced steak in my leftover meatless soup for supper. This way it will be a little different.

Everyone's dinners here sound so good! We had some of that rain in Illinois too. Unfortunately it brought tornadoes with it on Friday. Today, however, it was just nice, relaxing rain!
Saturday's dinner was grilled mahi mahi, loaded baked potatoes and spinach salads.
Tonight we had upside down meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy and pineapple.
And the line-up for the next few days is:
MONDAY: Sub sandwiches and chips
TUESDAY: Cheese and bean enchiladas and rice
WEDNESDAY: Lasagna and garlic bread
THURSDAY: Nacho Bake
Made salmon croquettes. Mashed the salmon and mixed with breadcrumbs, egg, onion & chopped squash from the garden. Also made asparagus & salad with romaine & tomato. Had papaya for dessert. ________ Sueanne

Tonight's dinner was steak (on the indoor grill pan since we've had rain on and off all day, too) twice baked potatoes and caesar salad (from a bag). This is DS's favorite meal -- celebrating his first night home on summer break from school. (It's soooo nice to have him home!)
DeBora(I think you were the poster, lol!)--I've made those Florentine meatballs. Yummy! I've also made them into patties instead of balls and served them on buns. They are very good!
Tonight's dinner will be mostaciolli. It's raining and cool enough to run the oven.
