Congrats, Shelly! Way to go!

Today is not a "great" day, so my plans for Shrimply Creole are on hold. Will probably just fix some lentil soup, or some clam chowder and a salad.

This cold snap is taking it's toll.

Cheerio!
Elizabeth

I have no idea either. There is some left over mac & cheese.

Today DS has his road test and it's suppose to snow. I hope it holds off for his sake.

Later around the "commute home" time it's suppose to be real nasty out.

Today would be a good day for something in the crock, but old mother hubbard dunbar's (lol) cupboards are bare. I just cleaned out my fridge. Ick, moldy applesauce.

Congratulations on the Chef Guy, Shelley!

Tonight's dinner will be cheeseburgers, cottage cheese and chips.

Congrats, Shelly! Chuck roast in the slow cooker tonightI'll put some carrots and onions in the bottom then the check roast. Mix a beer with some package gravy mix and dinner is done. Mashed potatoes & a salad. I'm even going to start some split pea soup in my big slow cooker for tomorrow night.

Care to share your recipe for your Meatball Subs; sounds good!

I agree beer with gravy sounds good!

Since I have plenty of leftovers for DH (he is a picky eater) I am planning pierogies with buttered onions for myself.
