Wow! November already!

Tonight's dinner is shrimp fettucini alfredo with garlic breadsticks. Last night's white chili turned out really good--I have leftovers for lunch today. Ended up making a pumpkin cheesecake (from a mix) last night for dessert.

Boy that Lemon Cream Chicken sounds good, I love anything lemon, so I'll be making it soon. Tonight we are making a combo meal. A small pork roast & a few fresh brats in the **** pot with sourkraut & 1 chopped onion ,quarted potoatoes . Put the meat on top of the veggies add 1 beer & salt & pepper & some qarlic And cook away.

Gosh, it is the first of November already. Boy this year has flown by...............

Congrats Lynne on your Chef Guy icon!!! Looks like another yummy recipe!!!

Well fall has gone back up north, it is HOT here again today. 88 degrees right now!!! AC is running like crazy!!! LOL

I am working on four loads of laundry today,

so dinner tonight is something QUICK!!! Hotdogs and mac and cheese. I think I am going to cook up some chocolate pudding for dessert!!!

Last night was beef tenderloin (leftover) sandwiches with shells and cheese on the side.

Not sure about tonight yet -- better go see what strikes me in the freezer so I can get it thawed.
