Flips are SO easy....I think I am going to go back to that thread, and give info on the yield (MANY--I think I get 20 out of that recipe). Also, I freeze them. I don't add the lettuce & tomato. Instead, I put in salsa. I form the Flips and freeze between layers of wax paper. Then, just defrost and cook as usual.

Last night's dinner didnt go as planned. We were running around trying to get everything together that my DH needs for work.

The kids had mac n cheese and green beans and I had some leftover chicken, beans and a little mac n cheese.

Tonight we are having tacos and rice. We have chocolate and vanilla pudding for dessert. My DH is working OT tonight, plus my neighbors son will be here with us tonight so it shouldnt be a quiet Friday night. LOL!!!

It's FRIDAY!!! Have a great weekend!!!

Lee, have you tried Cat lover's pizza crust recipe? It's not "bready" at all.

Tonight we're going to eat the fish that DH and the kids caught last week on their fishing trip. On the side, roasted Yukon Gold potatoes and green beans.

DH is coming to see me tonight for the weekend. So, I pulled some chicken and dressing casserole out of the freezer along with the yams, greenbean casserole, and cranberries. I also have some leftover gumbo.

Since I have some leftover guacamole and it doesn't last long, I think I will make some quesadillas for lunch.

Dinner tonight is a few things lol, Ive been wanting to make corn chowder and dh doesnt like it, will not even attempt to eat it, I think its because he HAD to eat it as a kid, not too sure. Anyhow, I made some and will give some to my parents when we stop over there tomorrow, my dad loves it, as for dh I went and picked un Onion Kaieser rolls and will throw some burgers on the grill and make some seasoned french fires. Have a nice weekend everyone, its finally my "kind" of weather here, in the 70's and no humidity, just crisp cool air!!
