Going to do some hot dogs and bratwurst on the grill today. Have some macaroni salad left from the other day and will open a can of baked beans.

One of my BIL's passed last Thursday, he was found Friday evening so been a long weekend travelingto assist in arrangements. Now we have to sell the house and all the other things that go along with the closing of one's life.

Sorry to hear of the loss of your BIL, Cat Lover. Prayers for peace and strength for the family.

I made a big pot of chili yesterday. We got over two inches of rain Monday and Tuesday and it was about 50 degrees and !!windy!! so chili was good. Had it twice, in fact - both times with a small whole grain loaf fresh from the oven.

Cat Lover, sorry to hear of the loss of your BIL. Sending prayers for your family.

We ate a new fast food Mexican restaurant the other day and my dh liked the tacos so much that I bought all the ingredients so we could duplicate them at home for less money, so we're having spicy chicken tacos, cantelope and honeydew melon tonight.
