Good morning!
Norma, I'm so glad you are feeling better. Take it easy today. Maybe start out with some soups until your appetite comes back. Great idea to have the ice pops on hand.
Frugal for today will be making meals with leftovers. We have some chili left and some meatloaf. I will just make a salad. Frugal yesterday was going to a potluck. I made pizza bread and sauce to take. There was tons of food, so we weren't even hungry for dinner. Today will be laid back. I plan to spend it reading and knitting.
Take care friends, and have a blessed Sunday!
Jamie.

March sure snuck in on us fast this year didn't it? Sure glad Barbzy was paying attention to starting the new thread here.

Frugal today will be staying home... no gasoline used in the vehicles, no money spent. We have a Netflix movie to watch here today sometime. I am thawing one of the whole chickens I bought a couple weeks back to make a Monday dinner with. Baked chicken in the oven with homemade mashed potatoes and some veggie? Today will be chicken breast sandwiches for lunch with a salad, dinner spaghetti. One frugal out of that money I spent on groceries this week was 5 lbs. of Linguine on sale for $3.99 at GFS the other day. I always try to buy Linguine or one of the other thicker noodles they are more filling and we always have leftovers versus spaghetti or thin spaghetti.

We had 3 packets of coupons today but not very much in there that I could use.

Well off to check on clothes in the dryer and get dressed for the day. Dh just went back to bed for a nap, today is all about resting up.

Oh and Barbzy- I called my dentist and the filling that fell out, they will replace free. I'm not sure if they will have time to do it with my dental cleaning appt. but at least it's covered and rightly so, it should be!

Renuzit Crystal Elements Product

I noted with a chuckle today the coupon in the paper for these crystals, all they are is the smelly jellies we've sold for years.

Here is what they are and where to get them instead of paying I'm sure a high price given the amount off coupon of $3.00 geez can't wait to see what they are charging in the store.

Terra-Sorb
Hydrogel for Soil
Watersorb

You will also likely find this product a local garden and tool centers.

All you do is add about 1 tsp. of the crystals with water in a jelly jar, add food coloring and fragrance oil ( which you can find in any craft store or you can even use potpouri oil for these that is available at the dollar stores.

Good morning everyone. We got some ice overnight but didn't get the snow they were predicting.

Norma, glad you are feeling better. Be careful if you do get that snow.

Frugal is staying home and cooking from home. Hope everyone has a good Sunday. Take care.

Norma, I do hope you start feeling better. Jasmine's appetite came back but she eats very little now.
All I want to do is sew and sew. I need to clean house.
Let's not forget the local food pantry when our gardens are overflowing. I did find out our county has a food pantry. I never knew that. You have to be within income guidelines to get food. Is that the way all food pantries work?
