Lee, I don't think you should feel guilty about using WIC at all. It takes time to rebuild savings, funds, and etc, too. Things that one doesn't really think of.

Anna, your oatmeal and honey soap sounds great! How awesome to be able to make your own soaps and things! I was wondering for a long time what orneries were. lol I think I understand now.
Frugal for this afternoon was driving straight home from getting my hair cut. I briefly thought about stopping at Wal Mart, but gritted my teeth and drove on. So, I will not be going out again until Thursday and that will be to pick up library books and check on a one day meat sale they are having at Value Market. Dh is watching his carbs, so if I can get in on some good sales, that will help a lot. Well, I hope you all are enjoying the afternoon and I'll talk to you later!
