61 days

61 days 'till my next train trip!!!!! YAY!!

My last trip was in 2006 to Springfield Il and some of you may remember that one when I shared my travel journal!

I will be amtrakking on the Coast Stalight this time!!!!
I'll be visiting my old neighborhood of Tacoma, Wa! Here is a picture of my High School, Stadium.
Some of you may recognize it if you have watched the movie "Ten Things I Hate About You with the late Heath Ledger.

Anyone else have a fun summer trip to share, whether traveling by train, car, bus, plane, bike or foot!!!!!

hugs, train

I would love to see Baltimore again someday.
Though I was born there we moved when I was only 2. I have fun memories of visting my grandparents there when I was in elementary school.

Have a great trip!

hugs, train

Well, since you asked ;-)...
DH and I are flying out at 6AM on the 26th for Illinois - we are attending a friends DD wedding, then we are catching another plane for GA at 12 PM, and on July 4th (no joke) we leave GA for home at 5 pm, with a stop off in MO for 2 hours (it ought to take me that long to get from one gate 2 the other), and landing back home by 10 pm. Once I have settled in for a few days, I am meeting up with a GREAT friend on the 7th of July... and at the end of August my MIL is visiting (YEAH :-) ) for 2 weeks and to see Cedar Cove Days (temp formally called Port Orchard, WA).
