Campfire Stew
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 can pinto beans
1 can mexicorn
1 can stewed tomatoes
Cook and drain hamburger meat. Add a package of taco seasonings, 1 can each of pinto beans, mexicorn and stewed tomatoes. Mix together and let simmer for about 15-20 minutes. Serve with cornbread.
