I am doing a Flower Pot swap on another forum...I painted this last night and its not completely finished yet but I would love your opinion on it before I decide if this is the one I will send out to my swapping partner...
I base coated this in enamel white and painted the edging on the pot and plate in Mystic Green...added the leaves and vines and then the flowers...
Thanks so much...

Thank you Debbie and Lauri...I haven't painted in months and did this all free hand...and was not sure if the person I am swapping with will like it but I am hoping she will...
Thanks again...

BBB - I like it a lot. If you think it is unfinished...I debated the merits of adding some small dots to the rim of the pot, but I think it might clutter it up and detract from the gorgeous vines and flowers...then I debated the addition of a fine horizontal line rimming the pot plate and again, it would probably detract from the vines and flowers. Remember, a plant will probably go in the pot and so that would balance out the look. I think you are extremely talented and anyone receiving such a beautiful hand painted item would be delighted. So don't change a thing, it's wonderful!
