For those of you who have little ones-
If you have more than one little one to get outof the car when you shop etc. have the older one stand beside the car and put their hands on it while you get the smaller ones out.
I would get dd1 out of the car and as she waited for me toget ds out I \'d say "HANDS ON CAR", she would put her hands on the car until I got ds out of the car and shut the door. It ensured that she wouldn't wander off or get her fingers caught in the door.
I did it with dd's 2 & 3 and am doing it with Gabe and Elijah also.

For carpet stains use white vinegar just spray on liberally and clean up with a cloth.

when you first go to a thread, if you aren't going to post, type in subin and it wil let you know when there are new posts in that thread. And you can go back there to read them and then post if you want.

  • If you have old linens that have yellowed, turned brown or are dingy soak them in buttermilk or sour milk to brighten them and remove some of the stains. This works especially well for items like quilts or old doilies that you don't want to use anything harsh on
