Kate is something else! I have wondered if the nagging is written in. I can't see Kate letting him come home after he had been out with college girls like some of the websites are saying. I didn't watch the last show, what happened? I think Kate is too picky on almost everything. You can't have that clean of a home with that many kids living there! It is a home not a Better Homes and Garden ad.

LoriMae I've wondered to how Kates complaining affects the kids. It sure affects me lol. I can't stand anybody that complains so much especially when she has so much to be thankful for. Charlotte, yes I've seen that family and they are real! Bluebird I doubt if nagging is written in. I think Kate, is just he type that thinks she knows it all and doesn't give Jon any credit or not much. IMO that's how she comes accross. ........I did force myself to watch the last show but don't think I can take anymore.....LOL.... The children are cute......

I missed the last episode, too.

I don't think that they will split up, I think that the rumors and commercials are more for publicity than anything.

I would like to know when Kate became such an expert on things--organizing, cooking..etc???

I can only imagine what she is like when it comes time to edit the shows for broadcast!

I wanted to start watching the new show with all of the kids but I forgot about it. They seemed to look like more of a "regular" family.

I do believe that the time has come to end Jon and Kate's show--they've traveled just about everywhere you can think of for FREE, they have a huge house...what else can they ask for?

I have been watching it from the beginning. She does act more like His mother than a Wife. I must say He really enjoys His children and teaches them to be more adventureous than neat and prim. I love when they go on vacations and how orgainzed she is.

Think once the women that just had all the mutiple births has been in the spotlight things have changed for them. They planned these births too with fertilization. They had Her on a talk show discussing it and their similarities.
I think they might have gotten some nasty feed back too.

I see that they will be on again Saturday night at eight and nine o'clock, on TLC. They did get good ratings for their last show.

Think it is time they led a more private life for awhile.

Susiec, the reason Kate dresses the kids alike is because she most likely gets all the clothes for free. If the kids wear the clothes on the show it's advertising for the clothing line. I've seen the kids in Old Navy, Baby Gap, Health Tex etc. .......Tami I'm older then Kate and I've had my 6 grandkids on outing with out help. Now Kate IMO thinks she's organized but I've noticed that on all her trips her and Joh have helpers come with them. They don't just go alone. Also they aren't with the public they get everything on the trips done in private with the kids. When I have my 6 grandkids with me alone I'd like some special treatment too. LOL....... Sueanne, I think that Kate and Jon like all the spotlight and IMO they don't want a private life.

I watch it here and there, but did make sure I saw the last episode. Jon is having an idenity crisis; he said it is always Jon & Kate plus 8. The commericals did imply they were splitting up,but the whole problem is actually Jon doesn't seem to want to do another season, but Kate does! Guess Kate can't imagine life without all the helpers, meals cooked for them on filming days and all the trips they get to go on, plus the trips she goes on just herself to promote the shows and her book/books.

I would imagine life would soon turn to reality if they didn't get all the help and the money from all the royalities. The kids are cute and it is a show the whole family can watch without fear of something inappropriate.

Just wonder if Jon can "wake up" and realize he is an adult and get over the self pity that he isn't getting all the attention and without the show he would really be in the out zone with trying to supply everything for all those kids. Especially when you have six that will need everything all at the same time as they are growing up; can you imagine school costs?

That's something that I forgot to mention....that they do get special treatment when they go places. I understand that in most instances you really can't throw in a family that big, along with a whole camera crew and not expect a bunch of gawkers and trouble with all of it but it just gets to me that they portray it as normal--it's not normal. Like you said, you'd like special treatment with 6 kids, too.
