New Season of American Idol, anyone watching??

Did everyone agree with who got voted off last night (Alexis), she must have felt bad because the judges didnt use their 'save" for her. I was surprised to see Amanda in the bottom 3!!

I didn't agree at all. Both Amanda and Alexis are my favorites. I couldn't believe they didn't use their save. I am a bit confused with the save thing.

The judges can use the "save" only 1 time for the entire season. Im guessing they didnt want to use it on Alexis, because they have others they like better and wanted to save the "Save" lol, for another time. Its too bad if she only had chose a better song that showed her voice range, it kills me because they tell them over and over to be "careful" with their choices, and some of them still pick bad songs.

Thanks or explaining it to me. I was a bit confused about it. You are right about them telling them to be careful. I don't think she sang the song bad but I think she had more potential. Like I should judge. You should here me sing. LOL

I think michael should have been the one to go home......the other one in the bottom 2 and I really think he thought he would be going home.....I liked alexis but didnot like her song choice and she sang it even worse when she sang for her lif which I believe was why the judges did not save her. i do not think amanda should have been in the bottom 3...sometimes it comes down to fan base unfortuately and not talent

I was also shocked to see Amanda in the bottom 3. I liked Alexis and didn't want to see her go. I think they are not going to use the save till the very end. I just knew they weren't going to use it last night. I think they are waiting till somebody they really think is very good gets voted out. I still cannot get over Adam ....I know singers put their own twists on songs but that was no country twist...LOL

I still like Amanda. I think when it gets down to the end it will be between Amanda and Adam.

I agree that it will be down to Amanda & Adam. Adams style is not my choice but I think he does have talent. Amanda has a very good voice and I am for her too. I've not always agreed with who was sent off but I guess they would have eventually went any way. I really wanted to see the blind guy go farther but he'll probably get a contract with someone anyway.

I am really surprised they used the save last week. I thought they would hold off a bit more. I agree Adam is talented but I don't care for some of his choices.

I agree on the save. I think they should have waited to use it too. I don't like the guy they saved anyway.
