Was Anna Nicole married? I feel that her spouse if there was one had the right to decide where she should be buried.
As for her money, since it was to go to Daniel and he is dead it should go to his next of kin and that is DannieLynne. The money should be used for her solely, and I don't mean to be spent by the millions on stuff.
It makes me mad when famous people pay tens of thousands a month in child support when most of us don't even see that in six months.

Coll, she wasn't married. The problem is that her legal next of kin (which has to be over 18) was her mother. But, they have her on video stating how horrible her mother was and how she hated her and so on. However, I personally didn't take much stock in what she said since she was high. However, in probate law, the burden of proof is so much less. I think was no question that she wanted to be buried next to her son.
As for the baby, she is in the Bahamas. That has been part of the problem. The jurisdiction and the law is different over here. Plus, the boyfriend is listed as the father on the child't birth certificate. The boyfriend/lawyer was listed on her will to be in control of everything, which I find suspictious, especially since he was present or around during both deaths. I know in the United States, unless someone knows of any rule changes or something, when a woman is married and she gives birth, that child is automatically considered to be the offspring of the spouse. The spouse is legally responsible for that child.
Does anyone else know what has been going on with this case?
I haven't kept up with what has been going on lately.
Tami, thanks for the info. Monday, one of my teachers said she died of pneumonia. But, how many 39 year old females who has a nurse with yer dies of pneumonia? I think that if it was pneumonia, there had to bave been an indirect link to the drugs. No 39 year old woman should die while she has prefessionals with her. jmo
Hi guys...this whole thing is terribly sad and honestly some thing smells fishy!
My heart hurts for the baby... my prayers go out to Dannilyn. She is the only real victim in this whole mess it seems. All of this "dirty laundry" was aired and keeps being aired and the baby will have all of this to deal with. Heavy burden for her. Do you guys agree?
