Yes they showed Greg Page officially handing over his yellow skivy, to a new guy that usually stands in for him (the new Aussie guy has just gained an American wife)

I actually liked the Wiggles, but I must say that they were big here (with 10 min segments) before their TV shows were thought of, maybe their exposure wasn't as big when my kids were little, therfore not as annoying.

It's too bad about Greg. We'll be wishing him the best. My kids liked the Wiggles for a while--they drove me nuts, but I did think Murray was kinda cute lol!!

There really aren't any shows (for kids) that I refuse to let my kids watch, but Dh and I are pretty diligent about how much of the er...undesirable..elements they are allowed to see.

Ajrsmom--were "The Simpson's" ever a kids' show? I thought it was more adult-oriented? I dunno--I rarely watch it, and my mom refused to let me see it even as a teen when they first came out lol!!

I have been lucky with this problem up until now. We just got cable, so now we live in the world of Treehouse, YTV, PBS kids, and all I can say is I miss the days of only having CBC kids! At least there was only one show on there I couldn't stand---Nanalan. Drove me crazy!!! So until recently, I chose certain movies--never teletubbies, Barney, boobah, but now I think I've lost any semblance of control. There is a lot of annoying stuff out there!

You can keep it! lol!!

Another show that is really, really bugging me is The Backyardigans. Oh their voices just get on my nerves! Of course, my DD really likes it.

The new guy is a cutie too. I am glad that Greg can live just fine with his condition as long as he manages it.

No, I agree it is not a kids' show but you would be surprised how many kids around us watch it.

Not in my house.
