Good morning, everybody, hope y'all are well. It's a beautiful day here, up in the upper 50's already, sun's out, just plain nice. Too bad I have to go to work.

Rose, I hope you have a good time visiting with your mom. I think the main reason that E. doesn't want to decorate this year is that he knows darned well who's going to have to take all the stuff down, lol. And y'all know that it ain't me!!!!

Stacey, no way could I survive a 13-hour ride with kids in the car, lol. That sort of makes you a hero to me!!!! I'm glad you won't ahve to travel for Christmas, tho.

Well, Pag, you haven't moved yet, so, what's for dinner tonight, eh? I'm working today, so have no idea what E. will fix tonight. I don't have to work tomorrow, tho, so I'm sort of pushing for frozen pizza. Yum!!!!

Where is everybody, eh? Hope all of y'all are ok, I really do. As usual, I've got nothing to talk about, so, y'all have a good day, hear? God bless.

Joyce, if you have found a good brand of frozen pizza, please tell me what it is. The best I've found is one in Sam's but it's not really frozen but it sure is good. We just don't get to Sam's often to get it.

I didn't go to my Mother's and she was very disappointed. I had an episode of pain in my right side and thought I was going to have to go to the ER. I had a liver biospy on the 18th so thought maybe it was that but the Dr seemed to think it wasn't and I have an appoint with him next week to get my diagnosis which I"m sure will be Autoimmune Hepatitis. Any way, after my Dr's appoint I'll go on my trip to south Ala.

We are having fried ocean perch, mashed potatoes, and english peas for supper. A terrible combination in my opinion but it's what Tony enjoyed when he was teaching and eating in the school cafeteria.

So Pag, come on and tell what you are cooking up!

It's a beautiful sunny day here also and I'm trying to get some walking in. Sure makes me feel better. Ya'll have a good one!

Good morning all,
Just stopping in for a moment to see how everyone is doing.
Stacey....glad you had a good trip.
Joyce....hows the leg doing?
Patti....are you just moving across the street from where you live now?
Kimmyo.....congrats on getting settled in to your new house.
Rosebud....yes, I do live near Chattanooga. A 1hr drive East of Chattanooga.

Speaking of Chattanooga, we are suppose to be going there today to do a little Christmas shopping. DH is off today and I don't have to go in until 3. Need to get Alex's gifts while he is at school. With my and DH's crazy work schedules we really don't have that much time off together before Christmas.

Need to hop in the shower, the mall is calling me! Ugg...I'm not much of a shopper so this is not a pleasure trip, more like a chore.

Kelly

Good morning all just got a few mins here.

1st NO not just moving across street from where I am now. This is Wharf Row and we all will be moving to Parker Lane (216 for me) Kent's place is 219. We will rent this out out and it will cover mortgage on it and rent on the other place (hopefully)

Supper last nite was pancakes with some of my Vermont Maple Syrup my wonderful online friend sent me. He is one of my oldest friends as in how long I have known him and his actual age. I froze the Turkey after we ate couple days on it and will make hash and whatever out of it later on.

Not sure what tonites supper will be. I have to go for physical theraphy this afternoon so depends on how sore etc I am.

Pancakes sound delicious! We are having chili and pimento cheese sandwiches. Probably some canned fruit and iced tea.

Kelly, I love Chattanooga and Look Out Mountain.

What in the world has happened to Mouse???

Pag, With all the updating you have done on your current house (wallpapering and such) I bet your house will rent out easy! Hope all works out for you.
Rosebud, Welcome back to the thread I am an Ohio girl that tried to go South recently. (Dh ended up with a job here) Nice to meet you!
I am jealous of all your warmer weather, its supposed to here at some point today and it is just darn COLD
Kelly I also cant stand the mall anymore! Luckily my kids are young enough they only really want toys for Xmas, actually my youngest will be 2 in Feb, and probaly doesnt even realize he will get presents. lol anyway I can usually find all at Target, Kmart and Walmart! SOOO no mall in my very near future!
JB, My 4yr old watched the Polar Express yesterday (Twice) and wants up the tree NOW! Dh refuses to do the outside lights which is fine with me because I know they wouldnt get taken down till spring!
Stacy, Good to hear your dh and family are doing well! My brother and his ex broke up while he served his year in Korea, and a friend of mines brother and his wife as well. Scary scary!
Well I am off to do the lunch dishes we only ate an hr ago. lol Have a good day!

Lee I sure hope you are right on it renting easily and for what we NEED to get out of it. With the way my bones are now and getting worse slow but sure I don't need these stairs here. There will be I think 4-5 getting up to front porch (that is being built as I type this lol) and couple to go down to where washer/dryer is and I hope there is room in there for my freezer too. And guess there are a couple or three going from back porch to yard other than that NO stairs thank heaven. So this move is good for me in more ways than one. But oh how I dread all the packing/unpacking and then putting here and there. One of the first things to be set up will be my puter I hope.

Hello, all, just dropping in to say goodnight, really. Don't have much to say, things are basically intolerable around here for me...don't know how much longer I can stand the living situation at all. I'm going to try to hang with it until after the holidays, and then make some major decisions about my life and the way things are going with E.

Rose, I don't know what brand the pizza was, it came from the foodbank that E. and I go to. We've also bought Aldi's frozen pizzas, for a dollar each, and they're not all that bad...for a buck, lol. Your perch, mashed potatoes, and peas sounded good to me, didn't see a thing wrong with it. Give me mashed taters and a veggie, and you've given me a meal, tho...I'm pretty easy to please.

Kelly, the leg is about the same, some slow signs of healing, and certainly not any worse. I'm with you...shopping is a major chore any more. And, I have never enjoyed going to a mall, and haven't been in one for probably over ten years now.

Lee, good to hear from you again. I don't know what your temperatures are like right now, but we're in the upper 20's and lower 30's...chilly by anyone's standards, lol. Like you, I prefer to shop at Kmart, Target, or WalMart...if I can't find it in one of those stores, I don't need it! Ok, honestly? I prefer the Dollar Tree over ANY other store, lol.

Pag, no stairs will certainly be a blessing for you. You'd do well in my little house, not even a step on the outside, just one from the carport to the back yard, that's it!!! I can't handle stairs at all...I cna get up them, slowly, but coming down is a major problem.

I got a forward from the mousebyte in my email earlier today, so she's still online, at least. The last I heard from her, she was planning on doing some major cleaning, I think...plus with three kids and a DH, she's probalby pretty busy getting ready for the holidays.

Anyone heard from Elizabeth? Navy? Kim? Doris? Sharona? Martie? Linnea? Hope everyone is busy and not sick or hurt or anything like that.

Stacey, I meant to ask you earlier...are you doing any crafts this year? I haven't done anything in a long time...there's just not really any room to work here, sigh. I would love to have a workroom, all to myself...no E. in there, just me and my crafting and *my* music.

Guess that's it...like I said, not much to say on a personal level here, don't want to rant and rave and get really ugly about E. and his lyin' cheatin' ways, sigh. I just need the pickup truck sooooo badly...and I just feel so trapped, in such a bad situation. Waaaa waaaa waaaa, right? LOL God bless.

Pag, I hope that you do get what you want for your house. Sending good thoughts your way! My dh has bad ankles and I know if we ever get another house we will try for a ranch!
Joyce, Sorry you are having such a hard time right now sending your way!
Right now the tempature is 27, not sure what it is with the wind chill though! Its pretty good out there right now! We got our up last night but still have to decorate it. Dh was having computer problems and his cousins boys came over right when we were getting started. It amazes me what they know about computers, they are returning tonight to finish up! Never got to the original problem! lol

Good morning,
How is everyone this morning? I myself feel like I have been hit by a train! We had our lock in at the church Fri night for scouts. So, I got up at 5:30 on Friday morning worked a 10 hr shift, went straight to the church after. Stayed up all night and got home at 9:00 am on Sat. morning. Slept a few hours and have had a splitting headache ever since! Maybe I can get straightened out by tomorrow before I have to go to work.

My Christmas shopping is going pretty good. Got lots done since last time I was here. Tree is up and undecorated. Hubby decided to clean the carpet so that has put decorating off for a few day. But hey, did you really think I would say "NO" don't clean the carpets! So, my house is in really bad shape but, the carpet is clean .

Crazy weather here. Has been very cold at night, in the 20's. Then last night it was hot and had rain and thunderstorms all night. We needed the rain though. My pond is finally back up to its normal level and looks beautiful again.
Joyce....I am so sorry that you are having a rough time right now. I do not like it when my friends are unhappy. Tell E. to straighten up or I will have to come down there . I guess we have all been through some rough times in our relationships. I know DH and I certainly have. Hope everything works out the way you want it too.

Rosebud...I love Lookout Mtn. too. They have Rock City all decorated for Christmas now. Hope I can find the time to take DS between now and Christmas.

Oh yeah, where is Mouse! I get an e mail from her now and then, and I send her one now and then, but, I miss her on the porch! As a matter of fact, I'm missing lots of the gang right now. Hope all are well. More later.
Hugs,
Kelly
