Lightbulb Things to do in Indiana

Hi all, I thought it might be fun to start a thread where we can share fun things to do in Indiana. I am sure we all know of places we enjoy going, whether it's the local fishing hole, or a museum, or a park... anything. I have found all sorts of neat parks from the Terre Haute flybaby list I am on, and I have appreciated finding out these local gems because my kids have benefitted from them a lot. So, share with us some of you favorite destinations in Indiana, whether it is in your own town, or in another. If you know of a website with more detailed info, please share it.

My first gem I am going to share is Turkey Run State Park. We go there at least once a summer. It is a great place to camp, hike (has some of the best trails), fish, and they have an awesome pool with some slides that the kids love. There are also bridle trails, a nature center and a conference center. You can also go canoeing on Sugar Creek, or go tubing (which we are going to do next week!!). If you go canoeing down Sugar Creek, you'll pass under some historic covered bridges too! It's a great place to spend the day, or hang out at for a few days.
