Hello from Monmouth, IL. We're about an hour away from the Quad Cities. This is the birthplace of Wyatt Earp and home to Monmouth College. Our main industry is Farmland Foods division of Smithfield.
What south suburb are you from? I started out on the South side of Chicago, moved south to Midlothian and then moved further south to Bourbonnais. It is about 10 miles norht of Kankakee. Dh want to move further south again but I'm hanging firm right now.
